I've had a passion for telling stories my whole life. When I was six I drew comics with crayon every day, and I've been upping my game ever since. Once I discovered word processors (and how to write in English), it was game on for writing. Now, I'm on my way to publishing my first book, and I've learned a lot along the way. I want to share my perspective on issues writers need to tackle as well as share my experience transitioning to writing middle grade fiction, which is my current work-in-progress. Behind all this talk, I'm just a normal guy trying to find my way with writing just like everyone else. I'm a manager at a restaurant, I have a wife, three dogs, and several guinea pigs.
Below I write all my thoughts and research on writing, character development, and plotting. I'm also going to be writing my exploration of the middle grade reading group as I prepare for it!
